Shipping
We ship orders within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination, typically 3–7 business days.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@wazedllc.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
